Questions tend to focus on organisational design and how other entities might be trying to break in to a new market area or alternatively refreshing an approach into an existing one. Through our team of researchers we are able to open source data that will help answer these questions.

Salary Benchmarking – one of the key challenges in recent years is affordability of talent. SMEs cannot match a large corporate's package and benefits, even if the 'carrot of equity' is dangled. Clients need to be realistic as to what to pay their existing staff, as well as ensure that they can afford external talent.
